Website Terms of Use

Institutional terms governing access to and use of the official website of the Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia.

Version 1.0 · 23 July 2026

1. Purpose of the website

The website provides institutional information on the role, responsibilities, governance, organisational structure, projects, programmes, calls and activities of the RDF of Western Macedonia. Access is open, subject to applicable law and these terms.

2. Nature of the information

The RDF makes systematic efforts to keep content accurate, current and accessible. General information does not replace an administrative act, official decision, Government Gazette publication, call, contract or individual institutional response. In the event of a discrepancy, the officially published or notified document prevails.

3. Permitted use

Users must use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe rights, disrupt availability or security, attempt unauthorised access or alteration, perform abusive automated extraction, or introduce malicious content.

4. Intellectual property and open data

Texts, marks, logos, graphics and files are protected by applicable law unless stated otherwise. Re-use of public documents or open data is permitted under the specific terms accompanying them, with acknowledgement of the source and without distortion of their institutional meaning.

5. External links

The website may link to public authorities, EU institutions, programmes or other third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply control or endorsement of the third party’s content, availability or policies.

6. Availability and security

The RDF applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to support continuous and secure operation. Uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed during maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, force majeure or failure of a third-party service. Users should maintain standard security protections on their own devices.

7. Personal data and cookies

Personal-data processing is described in the Personal Data Protection Policy. Storage technologies and user choices are described in the Cookie Policy. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent to optional technologies.

8. Accessibility and reporting problems

The RDF is committed to continuously improving accessibility and usability on desktop and mobile devices. To report a technical issue, inaccurate content or an accessibility barrier, contact info@pta.pdm.gr.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated when website functions, the legal framework or content change. The current version and date are shown on this page.
