Strategic planning focused on delivery
The Operational Plan is the institutional tool that links regional planning to the practical implementation of the Board of Directors’ decisions. The 3rd Revision 2026 incorporates the Fund’s new legal and organisational framework, its new Internal Service Organisation, the Financial Management Regulation, the Process Map and the operation of the Strategic Hub.
With the vision of the Fund acting as the Region’s integrated development mechanism, the Plan covers the full cycle from evidence, technical preparation and project maturation to funding, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
