The Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia and the National Center for Research and Technological Development (EKETA), as project partners finMED «Boosting the financing of innovation for green growth sectors through innovative clusters services in the MED area», and in the context of the implementation of the project’s actions, they implemented the Monday 30 November 2020, online meeting Business2Finance with the participation of Financing and Entrepreneurship Support Agencies of Western Macedonia.
The goal of the meeting Business2Finance was to bring the participating Enterprises in contact with potential financing and entrepreneurship support bodies so as to achieve a matching of the financial needs of the SMEs/companies and the requirements of the financiers.
The meeting was addressed by the gentlemen, Georgios Kasapidis, district governor Region of Western Macedonia and Dimitrios Mavromatides, his director Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia. The deputy governors of the Region of Western Macedonia participated in the work of the meeting, Mr Nikolaos Lyssaridis, Deputy Governor of Regional Development with a speech on “Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation in Western Macedonia” and Mr George Vavliaras, Deputy Governor Business Development, with a speech on “Perspectives for the Development of Entrepreneurship in Western Macedonia”.
The online meeting was attended by more than 40 people, including representatives of businesses from Western Macedonia, financiers and entrepreneurship support bodies and representatives of the political leadership of the Region of Western Macedonia.
