The Board of Directors of the Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia which has been set up with the number 187726/25.11.2019 (AD:ΨΔ7Ψ7ΛΨ‐ΩΔΗ) (Official Gazette 1047/09.12.2019/ Issue Y.O.D.D.) decision of the Regional Governor of Western Macedonia, bearing in mind the provision of para. 1 of the article 10 of the Act of Legislative Content (Government Gazette A’ 55) entitled “Emergency provisions for the operation of Municipalities and Regions during the adoption of measures to avoid the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19”, the original number 18318/13.03.2020 (AD: 9ΛΠΧ46ΜΤΛ6‐1ΑΕ) circular of the Ministry of the Interior on “Convocation of collective bodies of municipalities, regions and their supervised legal entities, during the period of taking measures to avoid and spread the coronavirus COVID-19” and the e-mail from 24.03.2020 of the Head of the Department of Legal Entities T.A. of the Ministry of the Interior according to which the provision of paragraph 1 of article 10 of the above related Act I of the Legislative Content “is also applicable to the Regional Development Funds, given that after the application of ¨Kallicratis¨ they are legal entities of the region” met today 24.04.2020, day Friday and time 09:00 am by teleconference using skype software, following the invitation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors with protocol number 1137/22.04.2020, to discuss and take a decision on the agenda items of the above invitation.
