General information on the REBORN project
Title: Strengthening entrepreneurship & competitiveness by supporting small and medium-sized enterprises facing financial difficulties.
Summary:
The project’s main objective is to help avoid the “continued loss of entrepreneurial potential” by supporting, as far as possible & within the project’s specifications, the ability of SMEs & self-employed people facing serious operational difficulties to remain active in business & their professions. REBORN seeks to provide horizontal support to those facing significant difficulties and to strengthen strategies & measures that can be adopted regionally to address the stigma experienced by entrepreneurs in financial distress or even at risk of bankruptcy.
For the first time at regional level, the project will prepare a dedicated policy instrument for businesses and entrepreneurs in the Region facing serious financial difficulties that hinder their ability to remain competitive in the market, also taking into account difficulties obtaining support from the banking system.
In light of the above, we invite you to a special thematic working meeting on the synergy between REBORN and the EWE (Early Warning Europe) project implemented by IME GSEVEE. The meeting will explain in detail how cooperation will be implemented in the Region of Western Macedonia and clarify the extent to which interested organisations will be involved.
The meeting, organised in cooperation with the Technical Chamber of Greece – Western Macedonia Section, will take place on Friday, 30 March 2018, at 19:00, in its Steering Committee meeting hall on the first floor at Bousiou & Estias Streets, Kozani.
Please confirm your participation.
