EVOSST: Evaluation and Valorization of Social Services for a Sustainable Transition

The EVOSST project aims to improve the effectiveness of social services within the European Union in line with the European Pillar of Social Rights and the long-term EU budget. for social inclusion and cohesion.

The project focuses on developing models for life-course impact assessment providing information on their long-term effects on health care, childcare, long-term care, education and inclusion.

These factors harmonize with the ambition of the E.U. for sustainable and inclusive development.

The integration of welfare indicators reflects the weight given by the EU. in improving the quality of life, including health and education, in strengthening social welfare and cohesion, as well as in developing an integrated policy framework for social services, which echoes the strategic direction of the EU. for the rationalization and efficiency of the provided social services.

The inclusion of digital technology in social services through the EVOSST project, is a vision that is aligned with the Action Plan for Digital Education of the European Commission (2021-2027).

The project implements an action plan in the field of social services, using technologies to improve the services provided and evaluate the user’s experiences when interacting with a product or service.

The aim of the project is not only to improve the effectiveness of social services but also to bring about change in the way their effects are measured and understood, providing information for more effective policies and practices.
