Call for expressions of interest for the conclusion of Project Lease Agreements – Employment Codes 101, 102 – CIRCUIT Project (HORIZON EUROPE)

in the context of the implementation of the project Integrating deCarbonization and cIRcularity actions in industrial sites to achieve Climate-neUtral and sustaInable cities and Acronym CIRCUIT of the HORIZON EUROPE Program

The Western Macedonia Regional Development Fund

Bearing in mind:

1. The provisions of article 53 of Law 2218/1994 (Government Gazette A 90/13.06.1994) “Establishment of Prefectural Self-Government, amendment of provisions for primary Self-Government and the Region and other provisions” “On the constitution and establishment of P.T.A.”,
2. The provisions of Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette A 87/07.06.2010) “New Architecture of Self-Government and Decentralized Administration – Program Kallikratis” and in particular of article 193 para. 5 according to which “The recruitment of additional scientific staff, which is required for the execution of European Union programs or for the supervision and implementation of programs whose execution is entrusted to the Fund by the Ministries, the General Administration, the Municipalities and the National Public Schools. or projects financed or subsidized by international organizations or technical assistance programs or for the fulfillment of obligations from contracts with international organizations, is done with a project lease agreement pursuant to Article 10 of Law 3812/2009 (Government Gazette 234 A’). This staff falls under the exception of case d of para. 4 of article 10 of the above law and is hired by the President of the Regional Development Fund, after the relevant approval of the Board of Directors. The contracts of these personnel have a duration corresponding to that of the end of the execution time of the program or the completion of the project, excluding, in any case, their recognition as open-ended contracts”.

The provisions of Law 4314/2014 (Official Gazette A’ 265) “For the management, control and implementation of development interventions for the programming period 2014 – 2020, B) Incorporation of Directive 2012/17 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13th June 2012 (EU L 156/16.6.2012) in Greek law, amendment of Law 3419/2005 (Α 297) and other provisions”.
6. The provisions of Law 4624/2019 (A’ 137) “Personal Data Protection Principle, implementing measures of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 for the protection of natural persons against the processing of personal data and incorporation into national legislation of the Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 of April 2016 and other provisions,’
7. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EP and of the Council, 27th of April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EK (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance) OJ L 119.

The regulatory acts issued in execution of the above laws, the other provisions that are expressly mentioned or derived from those defined in the contractual issues herein, as well as all the provisions of insurance, labor, social, environmental and tax law that govern the assignment and execution of this contract, even if they are not expressly mentioned above,

12. The approved technical data sheet of the project, which was submitted and approved through the lead project partner on behalf of the Western Macedonia Regional Development Fund,
