The REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND OF WESTERN MACEDONIA announces that on 02 of the month of October of the year 2025 day Thursday and time 10:00 (deadline for submission of tenders Wednesday 01/10/2025 and time 15:00) through the ESIDIS platform (380513), an auction will be held in accordance with the provisions of Law 4412/2016 as amended and valid today for the award of the contract entitled: “Technical Support for the Implementation of the Program Actions entitled INSTALLATION OF HEAT PUMPS FOR HEATING / COOLING IN WESTERN MACEDONIA”. The OPS code of the project is: 6006864 and is included in the sub-project 1 of the act. The budget of the service, based on the decision numbered 19/2025 (AD: ΨΕΒΤΚΧΨ-ΕΔ7) approving the terms of the announcement and tender by the Board of Directors. of P.T.A. of Western Macedonia, amounts to 126.750,00 € (without VAT) and 157.170,00 € (with VAT). Those interested can obtain knowledge of the contractual documents of the tender (Declaration with its annexes) from the ESIDIS platform (380513). The announcement of the service has been drawn up according to the approved standard of EADISY. Guarantee of participation in the tender is set at 2% on the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT. i.e. 2.535,00 EUROS and the relevant letter of guarantee will be addressed to the Beneficiary REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND (RDF) OF WESTERN MACEDONIA. Its validity will be 30 days, after the expiration of the validity period of the offer. Tenders are valid for 12 months from the day following the closing date for submission of tenders. The prospective contractors are required to provide all the required supporting documents, provided for by the relevant provisions on public contracts as well as in the Detailed Declaration. The deadline for the completion of the service is from its signature to 31/03/2027. The service is financed by the Operational Program “FAIR DEVELOPMENT TRANSITION” with co-financing from ETPA. and specifically from SAEP 8057. The SAEP code of the transaction is 2024ΕΠ80570002. The result of the auction will be approved by decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors. of P.T.A. of Western Macedonia.
