Invitation to 3rd Living Lab Meeting, on the topic: From testing phase results to policy guidelines

The Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia is going to hold 3rd the LIVING LAB Workshop Meeting on the topic of From tesng phase results to policy guidelines, with participating institutions of the Region of Western Macedonia and enterprises of the Region of Western Macedonia in the wine and cheese industry, in the context of the implementation of the project Green and Resilient European Excellence Network for Smart MED SMEs and GREENSMARTMED Acronym of the Interreg Euro – MED Program

3The Living Lab Workshop Meeting, on the subject: From testing phase results to policy guidelines, is held with the aim of developing an active dialogue on policy development issues, with representatives of the public sector, at the local and regional level, with members of organizations, Chambers, Academic community, business consultants, representatives of businesses and clusters (wine – cheese making), bodies of civil society active in the Region of Western Macedonia. In the more specific case of the 3rd Living Lab Meeting, GREENSMARTMED policy issues can focus on promoting sustainable development and the transition to a low-carbon economy. These recommendations can include strengthening policies that facilitate green infrastructure, improving financial incentives for green investment, and strengthening education and training on sustainability and the circular economy. Specific focus areas include climate action, energy transition, environmental protection, circular economy and green industry.
