The Board of Directors of the Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia which has been established with the number 187726/25.11.2019 (AD:ΨΔ7Ψ7ΛΨ‐ΩΔΗ) (Government Gazette 1047/09.12.2019/ Issue Y.O.D.D.) decision of the Regional Governor of Western Macedonia, bearing in mind the provision of para. 1 of the article 10 of the Act of Legislative Content (Government Gazette A’ 55) entitled “Emergency provisions for the operation of Municipalities and Regions during the adoption of measures to avoid the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19”, the original number 18318/13.03.2020 (AD: 9ΛΠΧ46ΜΤΛ6‐1ΑΕ) circular of the Ministry of the Interior on “Convocation of collective bodies of municipalities, regions and their supervised legal entities, during the period of taking measures to avoid and spread the coronavirus COVID-19” and the e-mail from 24.03.2020 of the Head of the Department of Legal Entities T.A. of the Ministry of the Interior according to which the provision of paragraph 1 of article 10 of the above related Act I of the Legislative Content “is also applicable to the Regional Development Funds, given that after the application of ¨Kallikratis¨ they are legal entities of the region” met today 20.08.2020, day Thursday by rotation, after the number protocol 2474/18.09.2020 invitation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, for discussion and decision-making on the agenda items of the above invitation.
