The Board of Directors of the Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia established under the number 187726/25.11.2019 (AD: ΨΔ7Ψ7ΛΨ-ΩΔΗ) (Government Gazette 1047/09.12.2019/ Issue of Y.O.D.D.) decision of the Regional Governor of Western Macedonia, bearing in mind the provision of paragraph 1 of article 10 of the Legislative Content Act (Government Gazette A 55) with a title “Urgent provisions for the operation of Municipalities and Regions during the adoption of measures to avoid the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19», with original number 18318/13.03.2020 (AD: 9ΛΠΧ46ΜΤΛ6-1ΑΕ) circular of the Ministry of Interior on the subject “Convocation of collective bodies of municipalities, regions and their supervised legal entities, during the period of taking measures to avoid and spread the coronavirus COVID-19», with original number 77440/13.11.2020 (AD: Ψ8Τ646ΜΤΛ6-ΠΓΦ) circular of the Ministry of Interior on the subject “Functioning of regional collective bodies during the implementation of measures to limit its spread COVID-19 and during the period of application of the emergency measures from 7 to 30 November 2020» and the e-mail from 24.03.2020 of the Head of the Department of Legal Entities T.A. of the Ministry of the Interior according to which the provision of paragraph 1 of article 10 of the above related Act I of Legislative Content “it also applies to the Regional Development Funds, given that after the implementation of ¨Kallicratis¨ they are legal entities of the region”
met at 29.01.2021, day Friday by circulation, following the invitation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors with protocol number 216/27.01.2021, for discussion and decision-making on the agenda items of the above invitation.
