The Board of Directors of the Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia which has been established with the number 187726/25.11.2019 (AD:ΨΔ7Ψ7ΛΨ‐ΩΔΗ) (Government Gazette 1047/09.12.2019/ Issue Y.O.D.D.) decision of the Regional Governor of Western Macedonia, bearing in mind the provision of para. 1 of the article 10 of the Act of Legislative Content (Government Gazette A’ 55) entitled “Emergency provisions for the operation of Municipalities and Regions during the adoption of measures to avoid the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19”, the original number 18318/13.03.2020 (AD: 9ΛΠΧ46ΜΤΛ6‐1ΑΕ) circular of the Ministry of the Interior on the subject “Convening collective bodies of the municipalities, regions and their supervised legal entities, during the period of taking measures to avoid and spread the coronavirus COVID-19″, the circular with the original number 77440/13.11.2020 (AD: Ψ8Τ646ΜΤΛ6‐ΠΓΦ) circular of the Ministry of the Interior on the subject collective bodies of the regions during the implementation of the measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 and during the implementation of the emergency measures from 7 to 30 November 2020” and the e-mail from 24.03.2020 of the Head of the Department of Legal Entities T.A. of the Ministry of the Interior according to which the provision of para. 1 of article 10 of the above related Act I of the Legislative Content “applies to the Regional Development Funds as well, given that after the application of ¨Kallicratis¨ they are legal entities of the region”
met today 19.05.2021, on Wednesday by rotation, following the invitation with protocol number 1341/14.05.2021 of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, to discuss and take a decision on the agenda items of the above invitation.
