The Municipality of Kozani, a pioneer in environmental and energy management issues, has the will to proceed dynamically in the field of Renewable Energy Sources and energy saving in order to contribute in practice to the gradual independence of power generation from lignite and to the achievement of our national goal with the code “20-20-20”, that is, 20% reduction of greenhouse gases, 20% increase in energy efficiency and an additional increase in the percentage of renewable energy sources to 20% to 2020.
